The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board (SLWDB) is dedicated to strengthening the region’s workforce through research, collaboration, and community engagement. By conducting in-depth analyses, SLWDB identifies current and emerging labour market trends across Sarnia Lambton, helping to inform strategic decision-making for employers, educators, and community partners.

This research supports the development of an annual Community Action Plan that highlights workforce priorities, training needs, and opportunities for growth. SLWDB is committed to sharing timely, relevant labour market insights and data with the community to support informed planning and sustainable economic development.
