Pathways Health Centre for Children is a not for profit family-centered agency that supports children and youth with physical, developmental and communication needs throughout Sarnia-Lambton. Pathways provides a continuum of essential community-based rehabilitation and developmental supports and has an on-site licensed childcare and a therapeutic pool, open to the entire community and swimmers of all ages and abilities.
